Wow, we sold out of picks within about 10 minutes after the HackerPimps lockpicking presentation finished on Saturday. I appoligize to all the con attendees that we had to turn away. We setup the lock stands Friday night as soon as we arrived, the table obtained critical mass very quickly and remained 100% occupied until nearly 3am. People that brought picks with them passed on knowledge and technique to others without any of us being there. Pictured is one of the slowest moments for our locks on Saturday: |

Just when I didn't think they would arrive before PhreakNIC, a pair of locks I purchased from Ebay-Austria arrived in the mail. It was three weeks and a nightmare in international wiretransfers later and I'm now the proud owner of an EVVA MCS and KESO 2000 lock cylinder. Not only that, but the seller threw in a GEGE high security cylinder and another well-made padlock for good measure, how can it get much better than that?? Well, some damage on one of the MCS keys actually turns out to be a large help to me, I'll post more info about that later ;). Cylinders: Keys: |
